Funding Partner Case Study
AU Small Finance Bank established Skill Training Institutes by the name of AU Skills Academy with ACF SEDI being the implementing partner. The academy focused on empowering rural youth to gain employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. They have set up 2 SEDI centres in Jaipur and have committed to provide support and training to 1,130 youth ensuring employment to atleast 75% of the trained youth.
HDFC Bank under its Holistic Rural Development Project has established 2 SEDI centres in Haridwar and Roorkee. In these training centres, women trainees are enrolling themselves in traditionally male dominated professions and breaking gender stereotypes. With such strong partnership they are exploring new projects and plan to expand geographical presence.

GDX Facility and Management Services is one of the leading security agency. As knowledge partners they guide the trainers as well as improve training quality as per market requirement. They provide On the Job Training and placement opportunities to the trainees. They also support and motivate candidates during the first month of the job. Every quarter a good number of candidates are placed in GDX.
Paras JK Hospital is a known hospital in Udaipur, Rajasthan who has been providing SEDI students with On The Job Training and Internship in the General Duty Assistant Course. They provide one month internship and a certificate of completion to the trainees. Through the journey, quality training is provided by the Hospital staff to the trainees.
Health and Safety is one of our priority for which Rockman Industries provides training related to safety which includes training on fire safety, evacuation drills, first aid, train the trainer, half yearly safety audits with suggestions and improvement. Being in a male dominated industry, Jay Bharat Group hired group of women trainees in welding and machine operation from SEDI centres and have provided them with basic facilities in their plant. With women trainees their assembling line production has increased and have seen them sincere and dedicated towards their work and duty. They have recruited 22 female trainees and have plans to set up a skill training centre too.
