Group Placement for Retention
Jay Bharat Maruti
22 female SEDI Graduates were placed as Electronics & Machine Operator’s in JBM (Jay Bharat Maruti) Group, Vithalapur, Gujarat. Previously, only male candidates were working, however HR decided to trial a batch of girls. After joining the assembling line, production increased as compare to previous outputs, and feedback highlighted that female candidates were very sincere and dedicated towards their work and duty. JBM is planning to recruit more female trainees and are also exploring the setup of a SEDI skill training center at Vithalpur to recruit other trades including welder and Machine operator trainees from SEDI.
Reliance Smart
SEDI has an association with Reliance Smart since 2019 and their HR team interviewed retail trainees for their new upcoming stores in Raipur and Korba, Chhattisgarh. The HR. Manager was also excited to hire most of the candidates from SEDI, Bhatapara due to high level of training and skillset of candidates – which stands apart from other training institutes. To date they have selected 22 candidates for two locations in Raipur and Korba and have also hired 14 candidates in Chhattisgarh. Mr Ved Kumar Mishra; HR Manager; Reliance Smart, observed that these candidates are performing better than candidates from other institutes and appreciated that they also have selling skills and confidence.
Daikin Air-Conditioning
Shree Krishna Payroll has provided regular opportunities for our trained candidates under the Assistant Electrical course in various leading manufacturing units like Daikin Air-conditioning in Rajasthan and Haryana. To date, 12 candidates have been placed at Daikin's manufacturing plant at Neemrana, Rajasthan, which aims at creating products that will make people's lives more comfortable.
